The data controller is Giovanni Grasseni — Business consulting, reachable at info@grasseni.pro.

Navigation data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access time. These data are collected in aggregate form and used exclusively for statistical and security purposes.

Data voluntarily provided: name, surname, company, email, phone, area of interest and any messages sent through the contact form or via email.

Personal data are processed to: (a) respond to contact requests and video call bookings; (b) provide information on the consulting services requested; (c) comply with legal obligations; (d) ensure the security of the site.

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(a) GDPR) for requests submitted via the form, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(b) GDPR) for the management of subsequent professional contacts.

Data are processed with IT tools and adequate security measures against unauthorized access. Contact data are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the time required by tax and civil law provisions.

Data are not disseminated. They may be shared with technical suppliers (hosting, email services) appointed as data processors, who will handle them exclusively on behalf of the controller.

Users may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) at any time by writing to info@grasseni.pro. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
